4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases additional time may be required due to identity verification or banking processes.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
The following must be confirmed before a withdrawal request is processed:
- The account must be fully verified.
- If the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met, only the original deposit portion may be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be made using the same method as the original deposit.
- If suspicious activity is detected while a balance is present in the account, withdrawals may be placed on hold.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; a deposit of ৳18,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and the bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any bonus winnings may be automatically cancelled.
- 4xbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the associated account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

The 4xbet VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:
Bronze Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%. New members start at this tier and can move up through regular play.
Silver Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. Members can be promoted to this tier through consistent activity from the Bronze tier.
Gold Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Members with the highest level of benefits are included in this tier.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4xbet platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately closed and all balances forfeited:
